It's a system designed to get money out from you and the core progression is ruined by it. Progression feels awful and unrewarding and I tend not to even open my non seasonal lootboxes and let them stack up so I actually feel some kind of excitement when I open them all up. I hate lootbox systems, with 280 hours in Overwatch I think the lootbox system is the worst thing in the entire game.
